What’s included in the program?

5 months organisational wellbeing learning journey with a community

We embark on a journey together as a small group to learn about organisational wellbeing as well as to deep dive into some personal wellbeing practices. You will become part of a closed LinkedIn Group to exchange with other course participants.

5 live online group sessions

We kick off each module with a live group session to discuss the new topic and reflect no the previous one. There will be expert insights, not included in the online material as well as you get the chance to exchange with your peers.

3 individual 1:1 advisory / coaching sessions

Three 60-minute advisory sessions with the facilitator or another designated expert are included as part of the program. Should you wish to book additional sessions beyond these three, they can be arranged as extra.

Access to the Wellbeing Leaders Online Course with 5 modules

You will get access to an online learning platform to go though the content of the 5 modules including videos, articles, exercises and practices. This ensures a self-paced learning within the structure of the course.

Organisational Wellbeing Portfolio Work

During the course your will meet other professionals around the world sharing a similar mission around wellbeing. We have a constantly growing community of wellbeing leaders across the world. In the future we will have more events online as well as offline retreats. We also plan to launch a wellbeing leader mentoring program in the future.

  • This module combines leadership principles with change management techniques to create and promote a wellbeing culture within organizations. Learn how to lead effectively by exemplifying wellbeing principles and employing strategies to initiate, manage, and advocate for health-oriented changes in the workplace.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing and measuring wellbeing initiatives within your organization. This module provides tools for designing effective wellbeing programs and metrics to assess their impact, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

  • This module explores the comprehensive approach needed to not only create but also scale and sustain effective wellbeing initiatives within organizations. Begin by learning how to design and implement tailored wellbeing programs that resonate with your organization’s specific needs. Dive into strategies for scaling these initiatives, ensuring they can adapt and grow with your organization while reaching a broader employee base. Finally, focus on sustainability—understanding the ongoing efforts required to maintain and enhance these initiatives over time. You’ll explore ways to keep the programs dynamic and responsive to changing organizational and employee needs, ensuring continuous engagement and effectiveness.

  • Look ahead to the emerging trends and potential future directions of organizational wellbeing. This module covers innovations in technology, evolving societal norms, and predicted shifts in workforce dynamics that could impact how organizations approach employee health and happiness.

  • This one will be overarching all other modules and ensursthat all participants deep dive into their personal wellbeing to become Authentic Role Models for others. This might be a very transformational personal journey on the top of the other modules.

    During the 5 months participants get some practices, homework for their physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, social, financial, parental, gender, etc... wellbeing.

As we have a truly global community from South, Middle and North America, through Europe, Africa and the Middle East all the way to Asia and Australia, you will have the opportunity to connect with the Wellbeing Designers Community via regular virtual get togethers where we host some inspiring guest, experts in the organisational wellbeing space.

For the ones who are ready to meet up in person and experience a deep dive version of the Wellbeing Designers journey, we plan a 5 day long Wellbeing Designers Experience in the Alps (Swiss or Italian side) in June 2025.

  • You'll develop a structured approach to organizational wellbeing, gain a holistic understanding of wellbeing areas, learn necessary change leadership skills, create or refine your organization's wellbeing strategy, and join a community of like-minded professionals.

  • There are no specific prerequisites. However, you will get the most out if it if you have a corporate, organisational background and interest to make a difference in that environment through your work.

  • The course is delivered online via live video calls as well as via an online learning platform.

  • We will provide you with materials or ideas to research for your own materials during this course.

  • Sessions are conducted online, allowing participation from anywhere. They are designed to be interactive, combining lectures, discussions, and Q&A.

  • Ideally we would like that you participate in all live sessions. However, if you are not able to attend, sessions are recorded, and you will have access to all session recordings throughout the course to catch up at your convenience.

  • Yes, we provide you with a certificate at the end of the course that you will be able to share on social media as well.

  • Participants can cancel their enrollment up to four weeks before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made between four weeks and two weeks before the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks before the course begins. In cases of documented emergencies, special exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the organizer. If the course is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund.
