We invited Reka to our annual sustainability conference to walk us through how we can ensure our wellbeing and incorporate mindfulness into our own lives. Reka did an amazing job by sharing general information and practical tools to a very mixed group of people based on professional background, gender, country of origin, knowledge and openness regarding the mindfulness topic. I think everybody could find something from the variety of tools she had introduced that could work for them to create more mindfulness within their lives.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Reka during our University of St. Gallen MBA Corporate Athlete Bootcamp in June 2023. She led a highly appreciated meditation and yoga session for our MBA students on a terrace overlooking sunrise and the breathtaking Swiss Alps.

I had the chance to meet Reka at the Health & Mind Festival in Bregenz and attend her keynote on wellbeing. Both Reka as a person and the content of your presentation impressed and appealed to me very much.

Especially in our hectic, fast-moving times, where the pace is constantly increasing and change is part of the daily to-do, it is even more important to find a balance and focus on how we can integrate wellbeing into our everyday work-life and organisational culture.

Reka also showed us how wellbeing can be measured among our employees in order to integrate the economic aspect as well.

In her valuable keynote speech at the Health and Mind Festival in Bregenz entitled "Wellbeing Index in a Wellbeing Culture - How to make the wellbeing of organizations measurable", Réka described various wellbeing metrics.

With a lot of passion for the topic, Réka showed that wellbeing programs in companies are measurable. These metrics enable companies to quantify employee wellbeing, identify trends and take targeted measures for improvement.

Réka also emphasized the importance of a human-centric organization, and with it the importance of a corresponding corporate culture that consistently puts people at the center. Her inspiring keynote motivates us to recognize and promote the uniqueness and needs of people.

Working with Reka on our well-being pilot project made a big difference. In just a few weeks, she enriched our approach, focusing on simple yet powerful practices that worked better than traditional methods..

Her positive energy and smart ideas helped us improve the impact of the pilot, delivering double-digit improvements in areas such as innovation, collaboration, and productivity. Réka ROCKS! She's awesome in so many ways! Yes, she is able to deliver excellent client work in challenging situations, pushing the boundaries of what's possible given limited time and scope.

However, more interesting for me are the shared ideas around change management / psychology / human potential, and attempting to pilot them at PA Consulting - one such idea we implemented was to bring a mindfulness training programme for consultants.

Reka has also inspired me with her pursuits around yoga and being a yoga teacher, creating a community where she lives and publishing inspiring content relating the depth of Eastern philosophy to the somewhat robotic corporate world. This is one of my dreams! I know quite confidently that we will work together in the near future.

I worked with Reka on a longer assignment in the Middle-East, where we met by chance, but we keep in touch ever since. Working with Reka was a real pleasure, as her personality channels positivity, even when times are tough and rough decisions have to be made.

I had the pleasure of working with Reka in a series of transformational and restructuring projects for leading global pharma organizations in Switzerland. Reka’s primary role was to lead the design and implementation of the end-to-end change management strategy, enabling organizations to make the leap forward and guiding them to complete successfully the transformation journey, besides the eventual difficulties and uncertainty that change brings.

Reka guided C-level executives in creating their change and communication strategy, emphasizing on ways for creating trust, inspiring and motivating their employees to adopt and embrace change.
