I am the Founder of Wellbeing Designers, a purpose driven innovative company enabling human-centric organisations to create Wellbeing Culture via Strategic Wellbeing Education. Our mission is to develop wellbeing as essential skills for future workforce. I work together with a group of experts with diverse backgrounds from psychology, consulting and other disciplines. I am the Creator and Host of the Wellbeing Designers Podcast.

I love to inspire and engage the audience about topics like individual and organisational wellbeing, human-centric leadership, sustainable work-life and much more. My keynotes and panels are interactive and experiential so everyone gets not only motivated but empowered to take a next step towards something new.

Human Sustainability Adventures

I use various techniques to support change, transformation and personal development for individuals and teams. Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Nature as Co-Facilitator are just some of them. I not only design team workshops or coaching sessions outdoors but I create targeted retreats as well.
